I'm not saying everyone will get a bigger return, but using free tax websites or doing it on your own, you can miss out on a lot of tax credits OR, just answering a question wrong that you're not sure about could hurt you and cause you to pay more or get less. For example, I was using Turbo Tax Basic($19.99) for my 2010 Personal Return, I would have gotten an $810.00 rebate. After being uncomfortable about the validity of Turbo Tax(due to complicated business return added to it and the confusing questions it asked) and the advice of a friend, I paid to have my personal taxes done as well.

After SK Financial completed my personal return, I got a bigger return which paid for the accountant myself. If you don't believe me, try it yourself. It's also great knowing that it was done right, there are so many confusing questions that only a tax professional would know. Instead of ... both personal and business returns. Instead of second guessing, just do it right the first time and have a professional do it. Don't fall for the big chain gimmicks like H&R block, the best analogy I can put out would you rather see a physicians assistant or a doctor when you're sick? Shams is my accountant, he is very hospitable, returns emails promptly and answers the phone or returns call in a prompt manner.

The service is personal, he has a private office, you talk with him one on one - unlike H&R block that rushes you in and out - it in my opinion is a tax mill to get as many people in and out as fast as possible. I dropped my tax paper work off and Sham's gave me an estimate on when it would be ready and E-Filed them for me. I can not say enough good things, if you're looking for a good accountant in the Tampa area, look no further. I use their office in Wesley Chapel, located near SR-56 and Sam's Clubs at 27724 Cashford Circle, Suite 101, Wesley Chapel, FL. Not only that, I feel great knowing that I am supporting a local small business instead of a big chain."
