You can mail, fax, or scan and email your bills to us. We will pay your bills on a weekly basis through Online Bill Pay.

Pricing for Accounts Payable Department:

For Economy Package  (monthly expenses under 5K)     $150/month

For Business Package   (monthly expenses under 10K)   $200/month

For Enterprise Package (monthly expenses under 20K)   $275/month

For Deluxe Package      (monthly expenses under 50K)   $350/month

For Premium Package   (monthly expenses under 100K) $450/month

For businesses with monthly expenses over $100K, an additional fee of $100/Month applies for each additional $100K in monthly expenses.

Sales Tax returns:

We can prepare sales tax returns and make sales tax payments electronically, if required. Sales tax filing fee: $25/month per state.
