Shams Khan, CPA, CFP, has more than 12 years of experience in accounting, tax, consulting and personal financial planning services to individuals and businesses. Mr. Khan has special expertise in a number of areas, including real estate, healthcare, and advisory services.

Mr. Khan is a licensed CPA and is Certified Financial Planner licensee. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida CPA Society. Mr. Khan also volunteers at numerous not-for-profit organizations that need accounting and business advice in Chicago and Tampa area.

Allan Paull registered financial consultant has more the 19 years of experience in the Securities and Insurance industry. Mr. Paull has held positions with Marketing One securities, former banking firms Fortune Bank, Am South known as Regions Financial. Prior to the financial industry Mr. Paull was a real estate broker with WC&F reality advisers working with the resolution trust.
