Shams Khan is the Founder and Managing Member of SK Financial CPA, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience in accounting, taxation, consulting, and personal financial planning, he has helped thousands of individuals and business owners navigate complex financial and tax matters. Mr. Khan specializes in tax planning, real estate taxation, healthcare practices, business advisory services, and long-term financial planning. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner™ professional. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Beyond his professional work, Mr. Khan is passionate about education and community service and founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to educational opportunities.

Erika Moldovan serves as Director of Operations at SK Financial CPA and has been an integral part of the firm since August 2015. With more than 15 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, she oversees daily operations, client service delivery, workflow management, bookkeeping services, payroll support, and quality control across the firm. As an Enrolled Agent, Certified Bookkeeper, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Erika brings extensive expertise in bookkeeping, accounting systems, payroll, tax preparation, and IRS representation. She has worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, restaurants, legal practices, professional services, real estate, and construction. With more than a decade of experience at SK Financial and over six years of prior experience in the financial services industry, Carl brings a broad range of expertise in tax preparation, tax planning, client advisory services, and financial analysis. Before joining SK Financial, Carl worked extensively with insurance, securities, and comprehensive financial planning, helping individuals and families develop long-term financial strategies. His diverse professional background allows him to provide practical guidance to both individual and business clients. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Remington College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He is recognized for his analytical approach, commitment to client success, and ability to help clients navigate increasingly complex tax and financial matters.
